Jan-Willem is an experienced leader in petrochemical market. For the past 15 years Jan Willem was a trader/book leader for renowned trading company. He worked and lived in Seoul, Houston, Singapore and Geneva. Main focus has been on global trade of petrochemical and gasoline products. Over the past years, he has successfully developed a position in the advanced recycling market and invested in several promising new ventures. He delivered significant value growth by leveraging his extensive network within the global petrochemical industry. Jan Willem holds a Msc Economics from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
Bram is Head of Investments at Infinity Recycling. As growth capital investor he gained over 10 years of experience in private equity, M&A, and business development. In 2017, he co-founded Aegon Growth Capital (a EUR 100mio pan-European growth capital fund) and led the deal execution and sourcing at the firm. Bram assisted in the operational setup of the fund and was responsible for all acquisitions, serving in many of the boards. He currently advises the AGC fund as chairman of the supervisory board of one of the portfolio companies Phinance (PL). Prior to setting up the AGC fund, Bram operated as an all-round M&A professional in a multitude of buy- & sell-sides as well as shareholder restructurings and joint venture partnerships, such as a sale of EUR 7.4bn AuM to PE firm Cinven Capital, the sale of five joint ventures in Spain and the setup of a EUR 220mio partnership deal with Santander.
Monica is a driven and motivated M&A professional with multiple years of cross-border experience throughout Italy, The Netherlands and India. She combines an international background with extensive skills in the broader corporate finance field managing multiple complex projects (sell-side, buy-side deals, Deal related valuations, IPO and strategic partnerships). Among her core skills is the in-depth knowledge of advanced valuation practices. Whilst in India to set scalable services provided by PwC proprietary Hub center, she developed a high interest for ESG topics leading her to take a more prominent and hands-on role on the matter. Within PwC, she was part of the Deals internal ESG committee, taking care of analyzing and implementing ESG topics in the M&A cycle, assessing the impact of ESG and outlining the approach to reflect the ESG factors in deals for valuation purposes.
Sander is a detail-oriented and energetic analyst with a keen interest in the waste-management and plastics industry. Having worked in investment banking and corporate finance within the Dutch and Japanese financial sector, he developed a holistic approach to problem solving and a thorough understanding of valuation and financial modelling. Sander holds a BSc in Business Administration, an MSc in Finance & Investments and an MSc in Management of Innovation from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

He is a regular speaker at international conferences and writes for the FT and other leading media. Paul is a former senior exec of ICI and a Member of the Energy Institute and a Freeman of City of London.
Nelleke is VP Materials at The LEGO Group, responsible for materials in LEGO core products. She heads the team that drives technical development of sustainable materials for future products. Prior to joining LEGO, she held several leadership positions at Avantium and worked as research engineer in the R&D Center at ABB Lummus Global in Bloomfield NJ. Nelleke holds a PhD and MSc in Chemical Engineering from Delft University.
Wieger is CEO of PreZero Nederland, #2 in Dutch waste management sector with a turnover of €0.5 bn and 2,000 FTE. He is vice-chairman of the Dutch Waste Management Association Board and a regular speaker at industry events. Prior to joining PreZero he was CEO of Suez Nederland and in 2008, he was a senior strategy consultant. Wieger has deep experience in the development and implementation of business strategies and the transformation of existing business models within complex organizations.
Benny is Vice President Sustainability at Chevron Phillips Chemical Company, a worldwide producer and marketer of petrochemical products equally owned by Chevron and Phillips 66. He has over 30 years experience in the petrochemical industry across Exxon, ICI and Chevron Phillips. Benny is a Board Member of Plastics Europe and a longstanding member of Cefic.
Russell is an experienced cleantech investor and serial entrepreneur with over 25 years of international experience in energy and resource efficiency sectors. He has built and run over $1 bn of funds and investments including with The Carbon Trust, Nomura, Aramco and Green Investment Bank-SDCL. He has served on the CalSTRS Green Wave Advisory Board and engaged with international climate and energy initiatives such as UNFCC-COP and UNEP.
Richard is Professor of Chemistry at Imperial College and Director Innovation at Grantham Institute. He has a strong track record of supporting students, innovators and entrepreneurs address the challenges and opportunities of climate change. He co-founded Climate-KIC, EU's main climate innovation initiative (>1,000 start-ups, attracting over €0.5 bn investment). He is a member of London Sustainable Development Commission and led the realization of Centre for Climate Change Innovation.
